I don’t think my dad ever met a food he didn’t like, and he always seemed interested in what was onyour plate. I have to admit I am his son.
The posts here probably can be grouped into two simple concepts:
- What we eat matters.
- Great food for youshould taste great to you.
My personal journey therefore has been one of unfolding wonder: I am regularly astounded by:
- the variety of colors, forms and flavors of the vast world we call “food”;
- the healing, enriching, and sustaining power of “living”foods-those that come from things that grow, run or swim.
Vibrant health and savory eating are not opposing choices, but wonderful lovers. Dad would be glad.
